What is an Estate Sale ?

It is the liquidation or conversion of personal belongings and household goods into cash.  Ideally, such a sale is performed professionally, quickly and with the maximum proceeds to the client.

Why is an estate sale conducted ?

There are many reasons.  Sometimes the household is dismantled due to the death of the homeowner. Often the homeowner changes residences, scales down and moves to an retirement home.  Occasionally, the homeowner is leaving the area and moving out of the state or the country.
